Brainroots offers an end-to-end solution for virtual
network operators starting from Order Entry to Payments and Commissions.
Key features are set out below:
• Order Management - Customers and partners can place
orders in the system through online interface. The customer service representative
can then check the orders for correctness and on approving the credit
check, can convert them into accounts.
• Provisioning – Two way interface with the supplier’s
(carrier with switches) order management system to synchronise the status
of customer orders.
• Branded Invoices – Configuration of invoices for different
partners.
• Commission functionality - Commissions for the partners
calculated based on the payments received by customers. The commission
is calculated using a multi-level marketing model, where different percentage
of commission based on the level of hierarchy of partner in the system
can be defined. Partners can view commissions using the online extranet
interface.
• Multiple Payment Interfaces – Commissions to partners
and payments from customer can be collected through credit cards, check
or direct debit interface with banks.
